WELLNESS ROLLER RECIPES TO MAKE ASAP

Writer: RachelRachel

Did you know that we are 10 times more likely to get sick over the next 2 months than any other time of the year? I was a bit bug-eyed when I read that stat today. Here are some of the reasons why: One reason is that cold and dry weather make it a breeding ground for several viruses like the rhinovirus and influenza virus which replicate better in cooler temperatures. Another reason is because we spend more time indoors with crowds of people increasing our risk of exposure. Top that off with a change in routine and less exercise, less sleep and more sugar in our diet and our immune systems take a hard hit! And let's not forget STRESS! It has a huge impact on your immune system. Here's 3 Winter Wellness Rollers to make ASAP to be proactive to stay healthy this season. Basic Instructions: Add essential oils to 10mL Roller Bottle. Top with carrier oil of choice. Label & apply as needed. Or you could double the recipe and add it to recycled 5mL bottle and create your ready-to-use diffuser bomb. I’m not sure I would do that with the immunity support combo [I'm only a fan of Oregano's aroma when I'm about to indulge in some Italian goodness] but the other two would be lovely!

LET'S GET ROLLING!

HAPPY ROLLIN'!
