I'm hoping Chris draws the short straw for the remaining festivities! While our kiddos have already trick-or-treated once this season at the lake, for many this weekend seems to kick off the sugar holidays! Halloween then Thanksgiving then Christmas parties then New Years celebrations. While our family definitely indulges, we also up the ante with supporting our bodies.
